Auctions Held at Our Gallery – PAYMENT

• Payment Due

All payments are due within 7 days of receiving your email invoice, after this a late fee may apply. You will receive the email invoice within 48 hours of the auction end. The buyer’s premium is 25%. We reserve the right to cancel any transaction.

• Acceptable Methods of Payment

For a total amount due of $3,000 or less, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, checks, cash, money orders and cashiers checks. For a total amount due over $3,001 we accept checks, money orders, cashiers checks and wire transfers.

• Personal or Business Checks

We will hold all items paid for with a personal or business check for 10 days after the date of deposit. If you need your item(s) released for shipping or available for pick-up sooner, please choose another payment method. There is a $30 returned check fee.

• Sales Tax

All purchases, including buyer’s premium, are subject to the collection of Georgia state and local sales taxes. Buyers will be required to pay 7% sales tax at the time of payment unless one of the two following conditions is met: 1) Items purchased will be shipped out of the State of Georgia by a registered ICC carrier, or 2) The registered buyer provides Everard Auctions with a copy of a valid Georgia Retail License and properly fills out Form ST-5 or provides a copy of a valid sales tax exemption license from another state and properly fills out Form ST-4.

• International Payments

International customers may pay by Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover or Wire Transfer for amounts under $3000. Invoices over $3000 must be paid by Wire Transfer. No checks or money orders drawn on foreign banks will be accepted. There is a $30 wire transfer fee.


• Time Frame

All pick-ups by you or your shipping agent should be completed no later than 3 weeks after the auction closing date. We are not a storage facility and items left after this date will incur a $35/ day storage fee unless prior arrangements have been made with Everard Auctions.

• Pick-Ups

Please notify us when you plan to pick-up your item(s).
We are usually available Monday through Friday 9 am until 5pm but must be notified in advance.
Please note that you must provide your own labor and packing materials for pick-ups, so please come prepared with an extra hand and moving blankets, boxes etc.

• International Shipping:

International buyers must pay for the actual packing, shipping, handling, insurance and import costs themselves by providing their credit card number or their own shipping account number. We usually ship internationally through the US Postal Service via Express Mail.

Boxes cannot exceed 79-108 in. (girth by length) depending on country. If your items do not fit safely in this size box then we must send multiple boxes or a different carrier must be used. The US Postal Service only insures contents up to a maximum of $5000 and this varies by country; in many European countries it is only insured up to $650. If the value of your purchase is more, then it must be sent in multiple boxes or you must carry your own insurance or another carrier must be used.
